I like that it’s bittersweet and the strong taste of lime. To be sure you can have the very best caipirinha, I asked my trusted barman to share his recipe with you.
2 oz. cachaca
1 tbsp brown sugar
Slice the lime into 1/2-inch rounds, cube them, and muddle them in an Old-Fashioned glass or small tumbler with the sugar. Add ice. Pour in the cachaça.
