#TGIF: RunCaipirinhaRepeat

I’m sure you have seen this hashtag on my Instagram… of course I don’t drink a caipirinha every time I go running, but when it comes to have a drink with some friends, I either go for prosecco or for a caipirinha. I like that it’s bittersweet and the strong taste of lime. To be sure you can have the very best caipirinha, I asked my trusted barman to share his recipe with you.

1/2 Lime
2 oz. cachaca
1 tbsp brown sugar

Slice the lime into 1/2-inch rounds, cube them, and muddle them in an Old-Fashioned glass or small tumbler with the sugar. Add ice. Pour in the cachaça.

Go, get your caipirinha before it’s too late!
