Editorial: March

Ah, somehow I’m getting sentimental. Exactly 363 days ago, on the 2nd of March 2016, I published my first (and hopefully the first of many) book, Ultimi Giorni d’Inverno. A lot has happened in between and thinking back to the past year, I couldn’t be happier about the place where I am now.

Spring is coming and so are new, incredible, amazing opportunities. I am surrounded by people I love, or at least admire, I found my balance, I am happy. I haven’t been home in a while, but I began to feel my house in Trento home (positive thing right? Except when your bf calls asking you whether you’re at home and you’re like of course, but then you figure out it was about the family house). Still, that is a quite positive achievement.

I also signed in for the first race of the year, which is gonna be kept a secret till the time I toe the finish line (probably half dead considering the distance). However, it’s been a good decision I hope. My ankles healed, and now I know I need to give them some rest every now and then, but I am also looking forward to the long runs at sunset (or sunrise) and the crew.

I began to value time differently, yesterday I went to the gym at lunch time because I had no meanings to go after and I wanted to do something (which was meant to be an easy session because I was in the University gym but I ended up biking for 30 miles). Still, when I came how I was relaxed and concentrated.

I might do a hell week again (JUST SAYIN’) but I’m not sure about this. Someone yesterday at university came to me and told me Hey, but did you really do it? Did you survive? And I was like, yes and I might do it again. That was such a cool moment, because then everyone asked me the link of my review.

And I have a few projects coming up, which is always good. The month is going to be busy and full of emotions, experience and smiles, and I am so looking forward to it.

Last but not least, there are two trips planned and I can’t wait to share them all with you. What can I say? Have A Safe Journey!
