Have A Safe Run: 24 (Hills Edition)

Monday is the best day to train. Whether you are doing the Kayla, the WoG, the whatever workout plan you like, you NEVER miss a Monday. Somehow we have come to believe, in order to start doing something we have to wait for Monday. Monday morning is pure inspiration, Monday afternoon we are back in the same s*it.

This didn’t happen (are you surprised?) yesterday, when Maria came to pick me up at school and we went running together. I am not a hill runner, but I tried. We only did a couple of laps of the course due to the lack of time, but we had to conquer a few serious hill so I got myself used to a first taste of serious ascent. Maybe I will never run a trail on a race. But I’m sure I will go trail running again and again. I like that.

I like running with someone. I like running. I’m back into the mood!
