Leaving apart my competitiveness from yesterday (which brought to a very nice run on hills), yesterday I did my very first pilates session of the year. Which also mean my very first training with Jessica (for the year). Did you miss me, COACH?
So she was able to calm me down saying I looked stronger and fitter than before. Okay that is always nice to hear, also knowing you have run 10k.
