Have A Safe Run: 6

Oh my goodness… I’m done with HIIT training for the week (okay, I have my first endurance run – which shouldn’t even be called endurance because it is less than 10k – and a recovery easy peasy lemon squeezy run on Sunday. But who cares about them, HIIT is done!

Yes, there is very little satisfaction if you notice the fact you have 11 more weeks ahead of you, but this is a problem I’ll face on Monday (I hope).

So during the workout I was quite pumped, or better I was angry so I got pumped easily and then I finished easily. And YES I finally overcame my fear of push-ups. It’s a stupid fear and I perfectly know that, but I don’t like it anyway and I don’t feel I’ll ever do lol.

But hey, week one of HIIT is done, let’s finish up running and then we can focus on week two.
