Reaching 1503 km in one year was a crazy goal for me. Now I am looking for the next one. Since the glorious 11th October 2015, a day I’ll remember for my entire life, I have been the kind of runner who runs when she wants, no goals set, no races planned. Now I want to get back to work. Real work. From tomorrow on, I’ll do HIIT four times a week, it will be a very long journey (either 6 or 9 months) but at least I’ll start feeling myself again.
For today, I was just inspired by my boss at work who told me I’m able to run even at work, when he noticed I did 8km in one hours while running around from the bar to the kitchen and viceversa. Okay, it’s a 7:30/km pace, it would be so amazing if that was my pace on the mile but whatever… The thing is running really makes me feel great. And this year, I’m planning to feel great every damn day.
