Recipes: Oatmeal Cookies

In the previous article, I have already shared my absolute love for oatmeal. But after this recipe, I’m sure you are going to fall in love as well. Do you like cookies? Do you want to eat clean and train dirty? Read below how to do it.

Ingredients:

100g oats (1 cup)
90g oatmeal flour (3/4 cup)
1 egg
1 organic soy yoghurt (125ml)
Honey based on your taste
Vegan dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Mix everything together until you have a proper butter. You can use a spoon, as it is a bit sticky. Make between 6-10 cookies (depending on how big you want them) and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375°F. Supereasy to make and absolutely worth it! Enjoy!

Ingredienti:

100g avena
90g farina di avena (o eventualmente integrale)
1 uovo
1 yogurt di soia (preferibilmente biologico)
Miele a piacimento
Gocce di cioccolato (opzionali)

Preparazione:

Mischiate tutto quanto in una bacinella usando un cucchiaio perché l’impasto sarà piuttosto appiccicoso. Otterrete tra i 6 e i 10 biscotti (a seconda di quanto li volete grandi). Metteteli in forno per 20 minuti circa a 170°C. Super veloci da fare, facili e ne vale la pena. Buon appetito!
